Return Refund Policy

On the receipt of the watch, if you find it has a defect or is a technical problem, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. Returning items have to be done by following the return policy of Showcase.com.pk.

At Showcase.com.pk, customers can inspect their parcels at the time of delivery.

You will get a full refund, including shipping cost. Some watches at Showcase.com.pk may have a special return policy. To avoid any issues or extra charges, make sure the product, accessories, and security tags are all in new condition.

You can return or exchange products if:

  • You can return the watch within 14 days of receiving it.
  • The watch is in brand-new condition.
  • The watch is in its original packaging, and the packaging is not damaged.
  • Shipped with insurance and a tracking number.
  • Return shipping charges are not the responsibility of the customer in this case.
  • Please be aware in case of refunds, a 5% transaction fee will not be deducted from your purchase via online payment or any payment method at Showcase.com.pk.
  • You need the warranty card from Showcase.com.pk to claim the warranty.

 

Our warranty does not include:

  • Bands
  • Straps
  • Bracelet
  • Battery
  • Glass
  • Visible crystals and other decorative parts.
  • Damage (including water damage) caused by accidents, lack of care, or everyday use.

 

Brand New Watches:

Please note that at Showcase.com.pk, our brand-new watches come directly from original brands, not overseas suppliers. This helps us offer high-quality special watches at great prices for our Pakistani customers. These watches are fully inspected and in brand-new condition, with no scratches or worn leather straps. By buying from this category, you agree that we cannot accept returns for minor imperfections, but exchanges are available. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

To exchange your watch, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you got it, with the original packaging. We don’t charge any restocking fees. For an exchange, please email us at wecare@showcase.com.pk, and we’ll help you.

Showcase.com.pk reserves the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear.
  • If any parts of the item are missing, such as tags, manuals, bags, or other included materials.
  • If there is any damage to the watch or its packaging.
  • If you notice any issues or damage with your order, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
