Conditions for Return & Refund
Please read through our Return Policy on this page to understand our return procedures and make sure your item is eligible for return.
Returning an item is simple; just follow the steps mentioned below:
- Check if your product meets all requirements
- Call the Showcase helpline and request a return
- Fill out the return form
- Pack items and attach the return label
- Your returned item will be Quality Checked
- The shipping charges will be bear by the customer for the return product
If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item
- Seal must be intact as delivered, item in original condition and not used
- Item must include all packaging and accessories (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
- Item must not be used and must not have any stain or mark on it.
Product which you have purchased and found it in broken or damaged condition then must inform within 24 hours to our contact number 03450026612 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with proper evidence.
- Look carefully to the size chart of clothing before ordering. No exchange/return will be accepted if customer changes his/her mind after order confirmation.
- If the size of product has received incorrect then it will be exchanged but must not be worn and with original tagging and packing.
- Undergarments products, night suits, lingerie sets and body shapers will not subject to return and refund.
Baby And Toddlers
- Baby clothing will not be return and refund.
- *Baby accessories can be replaced if there is any damaged or broken item but issue must be reported with evidence within 24 hours of receiving product.
- (*Baby accessories do not include body care products.)
- All the electronic toys are not subject to refund. They can be replaced when it won’t work or broken and damaged only when the product is opened.
Footwear can only be replaced if customer received the different product design or size from original order.
- Cosmetics and skincare will not be return or refund in any case.
- Electronic skincare products can be replace if they are not in working condition but issue must be reported with evidence within 24 hours to our contact number 03450026612 or email email@example.com
Men And Women Accessories
- Spectacles, Sunglasses, goggles and handbags will not be return and refund
- Perfumes and Ittr will not be return or refund
- Wrist watches are not subject to return unless the product is broken or damaged. Issue must be reported within 24 hours to our contact number 03450026612 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Jewelry items are not subject to return or refund.
Mobiles And Tablets
Mobile phones are not subject to return by the SHOWCASE but customer can claim the warranty of the product which had given by the product brand.
Sports And Fitness
No product will be return or refund unless they are broken or damaged. Then it will be replaced when the issue reported within 12 hours of receiving, to our contact number 03450026612 or email email@example.com
Electronics And Audio Visual Items
No electronic product will be refund. It can be replace if the product do not work but the issue must be reported with evidence within 12 hours of receiving to our contact number 03450026612 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Home And Kitchen
- Crockery and cookware will not be refund but can be replaced if it is damaged or broken at the time of delivery.
- Kitchen appliances can only be replaced if it is not in working condition. The issue must be reported with evidence within 12 hours to our contact number 03450026612 or email email@example.com
- All home décor products (painting, wallpaper, lightening, storages and organizer etc) will not be return or refund.
- Bathroom accessories, bed sheets will not be return or refund
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)
- Where and when the product should be picked-up
If you prefer to replace your product, just let our Customer Service executive know your choice and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received, and we have looked into availability of the replacement product. The shipping charges for the pickup and drop off for the return product will be bear by the customer.
